How to get an Account and access the full Entrust nShield Help Center
To access all of the Help Center articles or submit support requests you will need an account with Entrust nShield Technical Support. Anyone with a current valid support contract can get an account.
If you have emailed for Technical Support in the last few months you will already have an account. Click the 'Sign In' option at the top of the page and then select 'forgot my password' to reset your password.
If you do not have an account you can either email the nShield support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone using the contact numbers from the 'contact us' page
