Resetting expired nShield Support Portal account passphrase

To assure the security of your account nShield Support Portal user passwords expire 90 days after creation.

When your nShield Support Portal user account passphrase has expired, you will need to reset it to regain access to the Support Portal.

If your password has expired, you will be informed so when you attempt to login, and a link to reset your passphrase will be provided on screen:
