launching or invoking keytool in Security World 12.80.2, 12.80.4, 12.81.2 and 13.2.2

This issue is resolved in  Security World 13.3.2

The nCipherKM module does not correctly require the java.desktop module.  This defect exists  in  Security World version 12.80.2 through version 13.3.2 of nCipherKM.jar. 

The work around is to not use nCipehrKM.jar as a module or utilize “--add-reads com.ncipher.provider.km.nCipherKM=java.desktop” in the java command line.
 
This affects all code that utlizes com.ncipher.nfast.Key.load methods even if the code is not using the JCE provider.
